Before I coached anyone, I built things. A restaurant in Laos at 23. A food company from employee one to ten thousand kids a day. Brands across food, education, wellness, AgTech, and AI. I have started companies, scaled companies, and closed companies. I know what it costs to build something real because I have paid the price myself.

I live in Quebec's Eastern Townships with Charlie, my husband of twenty years. Two kids launched. I have lived in four countries and built a life that proves you do not have to choose between ambition and presence.
I write a weekly Substack called Hope Sparks. I host intimate gatherings for leaders in transition. I am always learning. Right now it is AI architecture and how it changes the way leaders think, decide, and build. Before that it was scaling a food company from three people to ten thousand kids served daily. Before that it was opening a restaurant in Laos at 23 without speaking the language.
The thread is the same. I go toward the hard new thing, I figure out how it works, and I bring other people with me.
