The most useful 90 minutes you will spend this year.

A diagnostic session with someone who has spent fifteen years learning to see what you cannot see about yourself. You leave with a written report, a clear recommendation, and the sense that someone finally looked at the whole picture.

  • You have built something real and you know the next chapter needs something different. You just cannot see it yet.
  • You want someone who can look at your whole life, business, career, personal, and tell you what they actually see. Without flinching.
  • You are considering working with me and want to experience the work before committing to a longer engagement.
  • You are done with generic advice. You want a real read from someone with real experience.
  • You want someone to tell you what you want to hear.
  • You are looking for a free discovery call. This is paid, focused work.
  • You are not ready to be honest about what is actually happening.

Three steps. No filler.

Before

You complete a short intake.

Not a generic questionnaire. A focused set of questions so I can arrive having already thought about you, your situation, and what the session needs to do. I do not walk in cold.

During

90 minutes. Private. The whole picture.

We cover whatever is actually true. Your business, your career, your team, your relationships, your next move. I use fifteen years of pattern recognition across multiple industries to get a real read on where you are and what is in front of you. This is not a templated process. It is built for you.

After

You receive a written Dig Report.

My reflections, patterns I observed, and a clear recommendation for your next move. Not a list of options. A real recommendation based on what I actually see. The session recording is yours to keep.

This is not a sales call with a better name.

Most coaching "discovery sessions" are designed to sell you a program. The Dig is a standalone piece of work with real value. Some people do The Dig and leave with everything they need. Others discover it is the beginning of something longer. That is a separate decision, made freely, after you have experienced the work.

There is no pitch at the end. There is a recommendation.

"Instead of trying to get the answer right away, that is not the way you work. You really spent a lot of time getting to know me to then reform a foundation I was much more confident and happy with."

Investment

One session. One report. One clear recommendation. Pricing is confirmed after an initial conversation.

The Dig also serves as the first phase of every longer engagement. If we decide to continue working together, your investment is applied to the first month of a longer engagement.
